Uplift Education is multi award-winning HSC Coaching Centre specialising in English, Mathematics, Science and Economics with two campuses in Liverpool and Canley Heights.

We have provided academic coaching and mentorship to over 3000 students since 2011. Our students consistently score 95+ ATAR results and our teachers and academic mentors have over 100 years combined experience.

We are looking for an Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will also be able to provide secretarial support to our Managing Director.

Receptionist Job Duties:

  • Welcomes students and parents by greeting them.
  • Handles all inbound and outbound phone enquiries with confidence and assertiveness.
  • Demonstrate superior writing skills to manage inbound and outbound email and SMS communications.
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
  • Demonstrates sound understanding of Year 7-Year 12 NSW Curriculum
  • Has high energy, loyalty and understands how to work within a young team.

Receptionist Skills and Qualifications:

Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Skills (Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Excel), Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Informing Others, Handles Pressure, Phone Skills, Inventory Management.

Job Type: Casual

Salary: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour

  • Evening shift
  • Shift work
  • Weekend availability
