BRANCH MANAGER [Malaysia]


 

Plan and post staff work schedules

  • Maintains business records as outlined in the MHC Operations Manual
  • Analyzes business records to increase sales
  • Communicates changes of food preparations formulas, standards, etc. to staff
  • Supports local and national marketing initiatives
  • Ensures that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policy are followed
  • Recruits, rewards and manage staff as needed
  • Identifies and contacts prospective customers to promote sales. Plans special events and promotions.

Job requirements:

. Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience in quick service restaurant operations as a
manager level

  • Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work on shift rotation, weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to stand for long hours at a time and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Good communication skills and ability to deal with all levels of people
  • Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
  • Responsible, trustworthy and highly integrity
  • Good written communication skills
  • Problem solving skills and result oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
